Leadership Council

The Leadership Council is a council of men who feel the longing to do more in men’s work. Who gather to inspire and encourage each other, and to seek cooperation to achieve that goal.

Seeing men grow in leadership is a wonderful thing. Opening step by step and bringing out what lives inside. “Every man a leader” is a pillar of our work and it is not for nothing. A healthy mature man has a mission, a goal. Takes responsibility. In the Leadership Council we work on this kind of leadership.

The Council asks for your input. For nobody but you can determine where your passion lies. We work with what you bring in the space. Because you are the expert of your experience. And by transforming that experience to an experience for other men you show yourself and you inspire others (you lead by example).

A lot of fields have been mentioned in the Leadership Council. Men’s work in prison, men circles, initiation of young men, men’s work in education, (seasonal) events, etc. If you feel you want to contribute to one or more of these by taking steps among brothers, this is the place to be.
